Pazhassi raja – A review

ഇന്നലെ അങ്ങനെ  പഴശ്ശി രാജാ കണ്ടു.
ഒരു  മലയാളം ഫില്മിന്റെ എല്ലാ  കുറവുകളും  ഉണ്ട് . For example, The ഒളിപോര്‍ scene was not as natural or strategic as it could have been. കൊറേ മരത്തില്‍ നിന്നും തൂങ്ങി ഇറങ്ങി അലറിയാല്‍ ഒളിപ്പോര്‍ ആവില്ല, അതിനു stealth വേണം , തന്ത്രം വേണം , planning വേണം . ഒളിപ്പോര്‍ എങ്ങനെ വേണം എന്നുള്ളത് The patriot കണ്ടു പഠിക്കട്ടെ.
പിന്നെ നടി, കനിക, can never be compared to Madhavi's ഉണ്ണിയാര്‍ച്ച. She didnt have the curves or സ്ത്രൈണ ഭാവം that made madhavi so wonderful. പക്ഷെ പദ്മപ്രിയ did a wonderful job for an ആദിവാസി women. Just that she was too fair for any ആദിവാസി ..
സുരേഷ് കൃഷ്ണയുടെ  മുഖത്ത് നിന്ന് പലപ്പോഴും സീനിന്റെ mood വായിച്ചെടുക്കാന്‍ കഴിന്നുണ്ടായിരുനില്ല. And that was true for all actors in some specific scenes. Could not understand if the scene was comsumed with rage, sorrow or despair. Mammoty could have been utilised more , like they could have put in a scene where he plans an attack or so. Manoj K Jayan and Sarath Kumar did wonderfully well in their acting. The english actors were really pathetic except the Girl , Dora i Think. നമ്മുടെ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ഇന് അവരെ സീന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കാന്‍ പറ്റാത്തതാണോ അതോ അവര്‍ അത്രയും മോശം actors ആയതിനാലാണോ?
The Forest scenes and all were very good, picturesque. The songs also was nice , and added color to the movie.
മൊത്തം ഒരു one time notable film, അത്രേ ഉള്ളു.
